Our next Wellbeing Champion course will be held on the 8th and 9th of June in Newcastle. For more details and to enquire about booking, please contact the team: info@stillhuman.co.uk

Become a Wellbeing Champion and help embed staff wellbeing into the culture of your organisation. When staff train with Still Human to become a Wellbeing Champion, they will be equipped with everything they need to effectively inspire long-term cultural change around staff wellbeing. When good wellbeing is nurtured amongst staff in the workplace, individuals and organisations thrive.

“We believe that everyone working in education should have the opportunity to enjoy the highest possible standard of wellbeing and mental health. We are united in our view that improved wellbeing among staff is a key outcome for education policy. Our staff are a precious resource: valuing them, and their wellbeing and mental health, is a duty we all share.”
- Wellbeing Charter (DfE)

Good workplace wellbeing is beneficial on an individual level to overall health and also benefits engagement, performance and productivity at work.

Wellbeing sits alongside mental health, but includes emotional, physical and social aspects of wellness. Our two-day interactive Wellbeing Champion training course encourages schools to take a proactive approach to staff wellbeing, a vitamin rather than a pain-killer approach, with the focus on embedding wellbeing into the school culture, rather than being an added 'extra'.
